What is the fee structure at Sapphire Divorce Solutions?
Sapphire Divorce Solutions collects a retainer upfront and bills hourly against the retainer. The amount of the retainer will vary depending on the scope of work needed. A more financially complicated household will require a higher retainer than a less complicated situation. You will know by the end of your initial consultation the amount of retainer that will be collected.
Does the retainer cover everything?
The retainer is based on what we believe the total number of hours will be needed to take you through the full divorce process. However, unforeseen circumstances may come up that require more time and additional hours will be billed. There are also cases where it takes less time than initially expected and any remaining retainer will be refunded.
