What To Expect As A New Client

Sapphire Divorce Solutions helps couples or individuals going through the divorce process to make it more informative, transparent, and less stressful. There are multiple ways to get divorced and we are here to help you find the best process for your situation. Most importantly, we focus on the finances and the family issues so that you both walk away from the relationship knowing your settlement is equitable.

Here is what you can expect when meeting with Melissa of Sapphire Divorce Solutions. Generally, the first three meetings will occur during a four- to six-week window.

Initial Consultation - 1 Hour

The purpose of the Initial Consultation is for each of us to determine if we are a good fit and want to continue working together. We will discuss how to get started with the divorce planning process, history of your marriage, your current situation, the list of documents needed and the attorney selection process if you have not already hired one.

Planning Meeting - 2 hours

In the Planning Meeting, we will review the documents that you have provided and discuss the outcome that you would like to see at the end of the divorce process. This meeting may also include your attorney so that we are all working towards the same end goal. Please be prepared to pay the retainer that was quoted in the Initial Consultation by check, debit card or credit card.
